Refund Policy
1. Introduction
Aarogya Sampark operates the website (www.aarogyasampark.com) and a mobile application under the same brand name. Users can place orders for products and services through our platform. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding (a) Returns and (b) Refunds for various services and products available on our platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Refund Policy for Paid Consultations
- If a user is unable to attend a booked appointment due to genuine reasons (e.g., illness), a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Aarogya Sampark after investigation.
- If a healthcare practitioner is unavailable for a paid consultation, users can request a cancellation. The refund amount will equal the actual amount paid, excluding internet handling fees and transaction fees.
- Refunds will not include any discounts applied at the time of booking.
- If a user exhibits abusive behavior during the consultation, they will not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to legal action.
- Users must report any incomplete or unsatisfactory consultation within seven (7) days to be eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests can be submitted through the consult chat screen or via email at support@aarogyasampark.com.
- If the refund claim is approved, the amount will be processed within seven (7) business days from approval.
3. Refund Policy for Lab Tests
- Lab tests can be canceled only before the sample collection status is updated on the platform.
- Once the sample is collected, the test cannot be canceled and no refund will be provided.
- Refunds due to issues with sample processing will follow the policies of the respective lab.
- Users must report incomplete lab tests within seven (7) days to request a refund.
- Refunds due to reporting issues will also be governed by the lab’s policies, and Aarogya Sampark will not be liable.

- Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days.
4. Refund Policy for Health Care Plan Services
- Users can request to cancel their Health Care Plan subscription by contacting Aarogya Sampark customer support.
- If no healthcare services have been used within seven (7) days from the subscription date (Free Look Period), the full subscription fee will be refunded.
- If any healthcare services under the plan have been availed, no refund will be provided.
- If the cancellation request is made after the Free Look Period, no refund will be issued.
- Refund requests must be sent via email at support@aarogyasampark.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days.
5. Refund Policy for Products
Aarogya Sampark strives for customer satisfaction and offers refunds under the following conditions:
- The product received is defective or damaged.
- The delivered item(s) do not match the order placed.
- The order was lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the user orders the wrong product.
- If a prescription change requires a different product.
- If the returned product is used, opened, or partially consumed.
- If the batch number of the returned product does not match the invoice.
- If a non-delivery claim is made more than 48 hours after delivery confirmation.
Returned products must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging with all labels, barcodes, and invoices intact.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Users can request refunds by emailing order details and the reason for the refund request to support@aarogyasampark.com.
- Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: 7 to 14 working days for the refund to reflect in the user’s account.
- Wallet Payments: Refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
- UPI Transactions: Processing time depends on the user’s banking provider.
7. Processing Time for Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated only after verification of the claim.
- If approved, the amount will be credited to the user’s original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
